Site Supervisor – Construction, Fit Out & Refurb

The Project:
 

• $2.5m hospitality project 
• Fit out and refurb 
• Previous experience on hospitality jobs and working in live environments would be advantageous 
• Sydney based projects, however need to have the ability to travel for shorter regional projects from time to time 

 
The Role:

• Supervise and direct a team of workers, assigning tasks, and ensuring work is carried out effectively and in accordance with project plans and specifications.
• Provide adequate resources and staffing to meet project schedules, laws, regulations and safety needs
• Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders with updates and addressing project requirements
• Train and mentor new workers and provide guidance and support
• Enforce safety protocols by conducting regular inspections and implementing corrective measures to mitigate risks
• Conduct quality control inspections to ensure work meets established specifications
• Generate accurate and timely reports on work progress, incidents, productivity, and other relevant information

 
Salary up to $150k package
 
What you'll need to be successful in the role:

• Ideally 2yrs + in a similar role  
• Be able to show stability on your CV 
• Degree qualified
• The right attitude
