A leading engineering consultancy in Perth is seeking a Senior Civil Engineer to join their dynamic and growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional with 5–10 years of experience in civil engineering design across infrastructure sectors such as roads, rail, land development, or utilities.
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and deliver detailed civil design projects from concept through to construction.
• Provide technical expertise and oversight across a range of infrastructure projects.
• Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and authorities to ensure project requirements and standards are met.
• Mentor and support junior engineers and drafters within the team.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external consultants to drive project success.
• Assist in the preparation of project proposals, reports, and technical documentation.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 5–10 years of demonstrated experience in civil design within roads, rail, land development, or utilities sectors.
• Proficiency in design software such as 12d, Civil 3D, or OpenRoads.
• Strong understanding of relevant Australian design standards and local authority requirements.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.
