Civil Supervisor
A leading Perth-based civil construction company, renowned for delivering high-quality infrastructure projects throughout the metro are seeking a highly motivated Civil Site Supervisor to join their dynamic team. Their portfolio of large-scale subdivision projects includes a variety of civil construction packages including roadworks, drainage, earthworks, sewers and underground services.
Forming an essential part of their leadership team you will be managing a skilled team of workers while ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations. Working closely with the Project Manager you will oversee, plan and coordinate the day-to-day activities on construction sites, ensuring that work is carried out to the highest standards on time.

Working closely with the Project Manager you will oversee, plan and coordinate the day-to-day activities on construction sites, ensuring that work is carried out to the highest standards on time.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate civil construction activities, ensuring the efficient and safe completion of projects.
- Manage site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure optimal productivity and quality of work.
- Conduct daily site inspections, ensuring compliance with all safety standards and environmental regulations.
- Monitor project progress, report on project status, and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Prepare and maintain accurate site records, including daily reports, quality inspections, and material deliveries.
- Liaise with Project Managers, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure project milestones and deadlines are met.
- Ensure that all work is carried out in line with project specifications, company standards, and relevant legislation.
- At least 3 years’ experience working as a Civil Supervisor on subdivision / land development projects.
- Strong working knowledge of earthworks, drainage, underground services, pavement and road construction.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to read and understand construction drawings and specifications.
- High regard and compliance to all HSE policies and procedures.
- Are comfortable with technology and able to use standard programs such as MS Project, Excel, Word.
- Construction White Card.
- Drivers Licence.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical.
- Permanent Australian working rights.
- $130,000 – $150,000 base salary (dependent on experience).
