CGC Recruitment are working in partnership with a well established and reputed tier 2 commercial building contractor have a new opportunity for an experienced Site Manager to join the team, due to new projects awarded & upcoming.

With over 50 staff locally in Perth, this business has a proven track record in delivering a range of tier 2 commercial construction projects across Perth & WA, in particular across Commercial, Education, Government & Mixed Use project sectors. 

Having been established in Perth for over 20 years, this business has long standing relationships with high quality sub contractors, excellent systems in place, a high performing team and have experienced stable growth over the past few years. 

The Role - Site Manager

A key role within the project delivery team, you'll work in close collaboration with the Construction Manager, Project Manager and wider delivery team. 

You'll be responsible for taking the lead & managing the site, taking on all typical site management responsibilities that include; sub contractor management, equipment & labour management, HSE etc.
