Our client is a multinational HVAC & Cooling Systems specialist with a strong presence in Australia and they're looking to add an experienced Service Coordinator to their team.

About you:

• Minimum 1 year experience in a service coordinator role
• Scheduling experience
• Experienced in the HVAC industry 
• Excellent communicator with clients and colleagues 
• Quick learner, adaptable to change and resourceful
• Shows initiative 
• Positive attitude 
• Team player - supportive and collaborative 
• Experienced with different systems and software

Key Responsibilities

• Schedule and dispatch service technicians for maintenance and repair jobs.
• Manage and prioritize work orders to meet client needs and technician availability.
• Communicate effectively with customers to confirm appointments and provide updates.
• Use JIM software to manage workflows, monitor progress, and maintain accurate records.
• Collaborate with technicians to ensure they have the tools and information needed for each job.
• Address any customer concerns or escalations promptly and professionally.
• Monitor technician performance and assist in ensuring jobs are completed efficiently.
