Senior Project Manager – Lead Major Subdivision Projects (delivery)
South Sydney | $180,000 – $200,000 + Super
Our client is a boutique and reputable client side Project Management consultancy looking for a Senior Project Manager.
This is your opportunity to take ownership of landmark rezoning and subdivision projects – from boutique 10-lot developments to 2000-lot master planned estates.
You will be the trusted face of the team and report directly to the Founding Director.

As the Senior Project Manager, you’ll lead a capable and motivated team of four (Project & Assistant Project Managers) in delivering complex subdivision and rezoning projects across NSW. You’ll own technical oversight, manage key stakeholder relationships, and drive excellence across delivery.
Your role will include:
- Leading and mentoring a high-performing team of 4
- Reviewing and peer-checking engineering drawings and design documentation
- Managing government and private stakeholder relationships
- Hosting client PCGs and weekly internal WIPs
- Driving project timelines, budgets, and quality across small to large-scale developments
- working on small and large-scale greenfield subdivisions
- Proven experience in greenfield subdivision projects (essential)
- Strong technical skills and confidence in reviewing engineering designs
- A collaborative leadership style and the ability to build rapport across all stakeholders
- Bachelor of Civil Engineering (highly desirable) – degrees in Construction Management or Landscape Architecture also considered
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
