Summary

CGC Recruitment are working in partnership with a well established and highly reputable tier 2 commercial building head contractor in Perth, who have an exciting new opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to join the business. 

A key role within the business, working directly with the Construction Manager and in close collaboration with the senior leadership team. A project delivery role, with current projects awarded and a healthy pipeline of new projects coming through in 2025. 

Projects are diverse in size and scale, ranging from Commercial, Education, Government / Civic and Mixed Use. Project values, would typically range from $20-50m. A household name within the Perth & WA commercial construction industry, with a proven track record in delivering a variety of projects in Perth and a loyal sub contractor base. 

The Role - Project Manager 

With newly awarded projects - notably within the Education space, Civic space and another for a high profile client in the Aviation space, valued upwards of $20m+, this is a lead role, working in close collaboration with a well established Operations Manager in what will be a key role within their Perth business. 

You'll be supported by a high quality delivery team, who have been with the business for a number of years.
