We are seeking a skilled Project Manager with strong on-site construction experience. Do you thrive in a client-facing role, managing complex projects and working with tier 1 clients and contractors?

Our client is a Project Management consultancy that is well connected and growing at a steady rate.

You will deliver projects across the Defence, Residential, Hotels, and Social Infrastructure sectors whilst working with experienced leaders from the construction space.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Leading project delivery from inception to completion.
Managing subcontractors and ensuring smooth site operations.
Contract Administration
Liaising with Tier 1 institutions, clients, and contractors.
Providing project oversight, ensuring quality, cost, and timelines are met.
Wearing a client-facing hat, maintaining relationships, and ensuring stakeholder satisfaction.

What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience in project management within the construction industry either client or contractor side
Strong on-site and construction knowledge—understanding how things are built.
Ability to manage subcontractors and drive project performance.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience working on Defence, Residential, Hotels, or Social Infrastructure projects (highly desirable).
Construction Management, or Engineering Batchelor’s Degree (highly desirable)
Hands on approach with a good attitude
Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency visa
