Project Director – New Build School Project | $200K–$220K + Super
Are you ready to take the lead on a major social infrastructure project?
We are currently working with the Director of a well-regarded Queensland-based Project Management consultancy, who is looking to appoint a Project Director to lead the delivery of a significant new build school project for the Department of Education.

About the Role: You’ll be overseeing a small, high-performing team of Project and Assistant Project Managers, taking responsibility for the strategy, procurement, and full project delivery of this multi-million-dollar school development.
This is a fixed-term contract until December 2025, with a strong likelihood of extension by a further year, given the scale and timeline of the project.

• Start Date: 1st May 2025
• Location: Logan, QLD - Onsite and office (CBD)
• Salary: $200,000 – $220,000 + Super

What We're Looking For:

• A bachelor’s degree in construction management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field (required)
• A Senior Project Manager ready to step up, or an experienced Project Director
• Demonstrated experience delivering QLD Government, education, health, or large-scale social infrastructure projects
