Health & Safety Advisor – Civil Infrastructure
Location: Northern Sydney
Contract: 2–3 Month Temporary Contract
Start: ASAP
We are seeking an experienced Health & Safety Advisor to join the site team on a major pipeline infrastructure project based in Northern Sydney. This is a short-term contract role with an immediate start, supporting a principal contractor on a large-scale civil delivery.

We are seeking an experienced Health & Safety Advisor to join the site team on a major pipeline infrastructure project based in Northern Sydney. This is a short-term contract role with an immediate start, supporting a principal contractor on a large-scale civil delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and enforce WHS compliance across the site
- Conduct site inspections, toolbox talks, and safety inductions
- Provide safety support and advice to engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors
- Lead incident investigations and contribute to improvement initiatives
- Maintain safety documentation, risk assessments, and SWMS
- 3+ years’ experience in a Health & Safety Advisor role within civil infrastructure
- Demonstrated understanding of WHS legislation and best practices
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Cert IV or Diploma in Work Health and Safety
- Experience on pipeline or utilities projects highly regarded
- Competitive daily rate
- Work with a respected delivery contractor on a critical infrastructure project
- Immediate start with a defined short-term engagement
- Site-based role with a collaborative and proactive team
