Our client is seeking applications from experienced HSE Advisors to work on Rio Tinto Western Range Project located in Paraburdoo. Successful applicants will be required to start immediately working on a 2:1 roster (approximately 2-3 swings)

As the HSE Advisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of everyone involved, while promoting a strong culture of safety throughout the project.

The Role

• Maintain safety, education and awareness levels that support effective Safety management
• Identifies needs for safety training and coordinate sessions/courses for site personnel
• Maintains and reports safety performance statistics
• Report all safety non-compliance to the Site Operations Manager

Skills & Qualifications

• 5 + years proven HSE experience, ideally in mining or civil construction on mine sites.
• Worked on projects of a similar size and scale.
• Cert IV OH&S
• RTIO Inducted
• Strong knowledge of SHEQ legislation, regulatory requirements, and ISO standards
