About the Role
We’re seeking a Contract Administrator to join a dynamic and high-performing team on a $30 million hospitality project. This is a contract role with a strong potential to extend, offering an exciting opportunity to work on a landmark development with a respected industry leader.
You’ll play a key role in managing contracts, ensuring compliance, and supporting the delivery team to keep the project on time and on budget.
Key Responsibilities
  • Administer and manage subcontractor and supplier contracts
  • Prepare, review, and negotiate contract documentation
  • Track project costs, variations, and progress claims
  • Liaise with project stakeholders, consultants, and clients
  • Ensure compliance with contract terms and company procedures
  • Assist with forecasting and budgeting processes
About You
  • Proven experience as a Contract Administrator in the construction industry on similar size projects
  • Essential: Proficiency with Jobpac systems
  • Experience with hospitality or commercial projects highly regarded
