The Company 

This tier 2 contractor that operates in NSW currently has a requirement for a Supervisor based in Canberra. The are well known in their field for delivering quality projects on time and under budget. They specialise in remediation, Civil and water infrastructure projects to the value of $50M. You will work with clients that have changed the face of the Australian landscape with their constant and well established investment into creating landmark infrastructure projects. 

The Role 

To be successful in this role you will need to have the following experience:-

• Overseeing subcontractors and junior members of staff while working closely with the clients to maintain these long standing and established working relationships. 
• Coordination & management of subcontractors 
• Ensuring that all paperwork is completed on time & submitted accordingly 
• Ensure necessary compliance with WHS requirements 
• Attend & run site meetings 

Skills and Experience

• experience working on civil, water, remediation infrastructure projects that are located in canberra and surrounding areas. 
• Qualities in "hands on" leadership and management approach
• Excellent communication and listening to instructions and able to converse with the crew
• Excellent knowledge of program delivery and tracking each project milestone effectively.
