Job description
Renowned Sydney builder (25-years Industry experience) is looking for a contract specialist site manager to manage two challenging projects in the Central West/Orana Region of NSW.
Ideally local to the region, the successful candidate will be an all-rounder, comfortable in the structures, refurb and finishes stages of construction.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the site operations, ensuring safety, quality, and compliance with all regulations.
- Lead and coordinate subcontractors and on-site staff, ensuring efficient project progress.
- Manage the day-to-day site activities, including scheduling, resource allocation, and problem-solving.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
- Maintain accurate records of progress and issues for reporting purposes.
- Drive a culture of safety, quality, and performance across the project team.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Site Manager on commercial construction projects for head contractor builders in NSW.
- Proven experience in managing commercial refurbishments from inception to completion.
- Specific retail-based experienced considered highly desirable
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple teams and subcontractors.
- Exceptional problem-solving and organizational skills.
- In-depth knowledge of site management processes, safety protocols, and compliance standards.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
