Site Manager

We are seeking an experienced Contract Site Manager to oversee a 4-month structural refurbishment project with internal works at a RSL club in the Northern Beaches. This role will involve managing site operations, ensuring safety compliance, coordinating subcontractors, and delivering high-quality results on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day site operations and ensure project delivery within scope
• Manage subcontractors and site personnel
• Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards
• Liaise with clients and stakeholders

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Site Manager on similar projects
• Strong knowledge of structural refurbishments and internal works
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Valid white card and appropriate certifications
