About the Role:
  
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Commercial Specialist Site Manager to lead and oversee the successful delivery of a large-scale refurbishment project in Geelong.
  
As the No.1 Site Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the site, ensuring that the project is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the site operations, ensuring safety, quality, and compliance with all regulations.
• Lead and coordinate subcontractors and on-site staff, ensuring efficient project progress.
• Manage the day-to-day site activities, including scheduling, resource allocation, and problem-solving.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
• Maintain accurate records of progress and issues for reporting purposes.
• Drive a culture of safety, quality, and performance across the project team.

Required Experience:

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Site Manager on commercial construction projects for head contractor builders in Melbourne.
• Proven experience in managing commercial refurbishments from inception to completion.
• Specific retail-based experienced considered highly desirable
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple teams and subcontractors.
• Exceptional problem-solving and organizational skills.
• In-depth knowledge of site management processes, safety protocols, and compliance standards.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
