About the Builder
  • Join a established residential builder that has achieved impressive growth, more than doubling in size over the last two years.
  • Employing around 180 dedicated professionals, the company is led by respected industry veterans who provide hands on support to their team
  • They operate as a structured tier-two builder, maintaining a strong commitment to safety and quality and build in line with the DBP Act.
  • Projects typically range from $30M to $200M—primarily in residential but with select commercial ventures—the company has secured contracts extending through 2026, ensuring stability and job security for the team.
The Position
  • Starting soon, you will take on a $30M residential project on the lower north shore region.
  • Reporting to a Construction Manager, you’ll lead a full site team and be responsible for managing the procurement process, coordinating design, and collaborating with your site team to drive the project to a successful completion.
  • You will also manage communication with key stakeholders including clients, consultants, designers, and internal teams and have overall responsibly to bring the projects to a successful completion 
Salary: $230K - $250K, based on experience.
  
Ideal Background & Skillset
  • Degree in Construction Management or related field
  • Proven experience in managing multi-story residential projects in excess of $20M
  • Understanding the challenges of working on inner-city or high-traffic sites
  • Strong grasp of corporate governance, procurement, financial reporting, and safety protocols
  • Client-facing, with knowledge of the local subcontractor market and the ability to effectively drive project programs
  • A proactive, detail-oriented professional with a strong sense of ownership and integrity
