You will be working with an experienced construction recruiter who has lived and breathed construction since the age of 16. Carmel has worked in the NSW construction market since 2006, has strong networks in the construction community and works best with progressive companies that live their values and focus on supporting and developing their people. She specialises in the tiers one and two sector placing executive management and project delivery staff across both office and site.
Carmel is also immensely proud of her time working with Woman in Design and Construction (WIDAC) for 5 yrs as an advocate for continuing promotion of the next generation of female leaders in the community across Australia.
