The Opportunity
- We are seeking a Site Manager to lead either an educational or hospitality project valued to $30M.
- This role will see you managing day-to-day site operations, ensuring key milestones are achieved while maintaining strict standards of safety, quality, and adherence to the programme.
- You will work closely with a supportive project team and report to an office-based Project Manager and Construction Manager.
- Some Saturday work may be required, but rotated and based on project timelines, which will be under your control.

Required Background & Experience
- Carpentry trade qualification (essential); additional tertiary qualifications in building highly regarded
- Proven ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders and lead teams effectively
- Strong technical, planning, and programming skills
- Extensive knowledge of trades, with the ability to drive project performance
- Strong administrative skills with a focus on managing budgets, preliminaries, and variations
- Excellent safety and systems management skills
