Financially robust, the company has a busy pipeline until the end of 2025, early 2026 and is hiring due to planned growth. Their forecasted turnover for the year is expected to exceed $200M and $250M next year
  
The Opportunity
  • We are seeking a Site Manager to lead either an educational or hospitality project valued to $30M.
  • This role will see you managing day-to-day site operations, ensuring key milestones are achieved while maintaining strict standards of safety, quality, and adherence to the programme.
  • You will work closely with a supportive project team and report to an office-based Project Manager and Construction Manager.
  • Some Saturday work may be required, but rotated and based on project timelines, which will be under your control.
Salary: $210K – $240K, dependent on experience

Required Background & Experience
  • Carpentry trade qualification (essential); additional tertiary qualifications in building highly regarded
  • Proven ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders and lead teams effectively
  • Strong technical, planning, and programming skills
  • Extensive knowledge of trades, with the ability to drive project performance
  • Strong administrative skills with a focus on managing budgets, preliminaries, and variations
  • Excellent safety and systems management skills
