We are recruiting a Supervisor for a Tier 2 contractor working for an initial five-month contract on Barrow Island. The successful applicant must have strong piping experience (mostly HDPE), hydrostatic testing and flushing, working under permits, and be able to drive a strong health and safety culture.

Reporting to the Operations Manager and overseeing onsite project teams, you will be responsible for the daily supervision and coordination of workers on site to ensure that technical and quality standards are achieved safely. 

Skills & Qualifications 

• Minimum 5+ years’ experience working on projects involving utilities and the installation of HDPE pipelines
• Able to read drawings, specs, and piping isometrics.
• Proven leadership experience with the ability to supervise and manage various work crews simultaneously
• Experience in coordination of scheduling and allocation of labour, plant, equipment and materials for all projects. 
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
