Key Responsibilities: As the Fire Service Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the operations of the fire services team and ensuring all service requirements are met to the highest standard.
Your duties will include:
- Leading and managing a team of 12 skilled staff members, ensuring effective communication, performance, and development.
- Coordinating the installation, maintenance, and servicing of dry and wet fire systems.
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant fire safety regulations and industry standards.
- Managing client relationships, delivering high-quality customer service, and responding to client inquiries and issues.
- Developing and implementing efficient service processes to improve operational performance.
- Monitoring and reporting on service team performance, including scheduling and ensuring timely completion of all service tasks.
- Looking for Business Development opportunities with new and existing clients
- Collaborating with senior management to ensure the alignment of team objectives with company goals.
- Providing training and mentorship to junior staff, ensuring ongoing professional development.
- Maintaining and updating service records using Uptick software to ensure accurate and up-to-date reporting.
- Proven experience in managing fire service teams, with a strong understanding of both dry and wet fire systems.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and manage a team of professionals.
- Experience using Uptick software is highly desirable.
- In-depth knowledge of fire safety regulations, industry standards, and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and team members.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- A proactive and results-driven approach to problem-solving.
- Relevant industry qualifications and certifications are essential.
- Competitive salary of $150,000 per year
