The Role
As Service Coordinator, you will be a vital link between Customers, the Service Manager / Account Manager and the Service Technicians. This is a fast-paced and multi-faceted role. You'll be fielding calls from customers, planning and scheduling the service teams and much more.

Key Responsibilities
- Field incoming calls from Customers
- Complete reports
- AFSS Submissions
- Contact suppliers to purchase parts and equipment
- Coordinate service technicians; plan their weekly schedules etc.
- Admin tasks; timesheets, reports etc.
- Liaise regularly with Service Manager
- Minimum 3 years' experience in the fire industry in a similar role
- Experience with Uptick software is an advantage
- Excellent communication & customer service skills
- Must be very well organised
- Great attention to detail
- Ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues and suppliers
- Proactive approach to work
