CGC Recruitment are working with a National Tier 2 Contractor/Builder who primarily focus on Building and Civil Infrastructure upgrade within the Rail corridor. They are growing rapidly in SE QLD and have recently secured x3 Infrastructure Upgrades for key Government clients. They are growing rapidly in SE QLD, targeting projects up from $5-300ml and due to this growth have identified a need for a Site Engineer to join the business and work on a $150ml Transport Infrastructure Upgrade.

Project Engineer on site the role will involve Quality Control and Quality Assurance support for construction works on site. Scope Includes; Civil Structures- (Concrete works, Piling Pad, Piling,Capping Beam, Tower Crane Erection, Bulk Excavation, Stress Anchors and Rock Anchors) and Fit Out (Blockwork, Services Fire/Water/HVAC, Waterproofing etc).
The project is a recently awarded $150ml + Transport Infrastructure Upgrade on Brisbane South side and will offer an opportunity for a young Engineer to gain exposure to a land-mark project changing the landscape of Travel in SE QLD. To be considered for this role you must posses the following:
- Minimum 2 years Site based Construction experience
- Degree Qualified Civil Engineer or Equivalent
- Must have Concrete Construction experience
- Experience working in a brownfield construction environment is preferred
- Must be a self starter
- Methodical when it comes to planning and preparation
