Job description

CGC are looking for a top-notch service coordinator to join a client of ours who are one of the premier fire protection companies in Sydney. 

Are you able to successfully schedule teams of technicians with ease?

Can you handle incoming calls from clients and technicians without breaking a sweat?

Can you work closely with management and produce accurate reports?

Do you have experience working in the Fire protection industry?

Do you have experience using Uptick?

If you've answered yes to the above, and you're an ambitious, outgoing and driven person who thrives in a team environment, then this could be the role for you. 

Responsibilities include:
  • Be the go-to person in the business for all scheduling 
  • Look after teams of technicians across various business units
  • Work closely with Managerial staff to achieve best results
  • Provide technical support
  • Prepare reports for management and directors 
  • Liaise with technicians, clients and contractors
