Join a leading Project Management and Advisory Consultancy as a Senior Project Manager. This consultancy delivers projects in the Residential, Aviation, Aged Care, Commercial, Data Centre and Health sectors.

You’ll be key in delivering a complex and technically challenging data centre expansion project. With construction set to begin next month, you’ll manage the expansion of a live construction data centre site, ensuring smooth delivery while navigating technical and logistical challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the delivery of a live large scale data centre expansion project
• Oversee the construction and fit-out phases, ensuring safety, timelines, and budget adherence
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams including engineers, subcontractors, and stakeholders
• Ensure technical excellence, with a focus on building and mechanical engineering aspects
• Manage risk, resolve issues, and keep the project on track

About You:

• Proven experience in managing data centre construction projects
• 7+ years of Project management experience with a head contractor, engineering firm or consultancy
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Construction Management, Engineering, Project management or a similar field
• Strong technical knowledge of mechanical and building engineering
• Ability to manage complex, live construction environments
