- Lead and manage the delivery of a live large scale data centre expansion project
- Oversee the construction and fit-out phases, ensuring safety, timelines, and budget adherence
- Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams including engineers, subcontractors, and stakeholders
- Ensure technical excellence, with a focus on building and mechanical engineering aspects
- Manage risk, resolve issues, and keep the project on track
- Proven experience in managing data centre construction projects
- 7+ years of Project management experience with a head contractor, engineering firm or consultancy
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Construction Management, Engineering, Project management or a similar field
- Strong technical knowledge of mechanical and building engineering
- Ability to manage complex, live construction environments
