CGC Recruitment are established experts in providing short term construction and engineering resources to main tier and mid-tier contractors and have been approached by an existing client to source a Senior Project Engineer to lead the delivery of a recently awarded project on a project cost basis. 
 
As Senior Project Engineer will have full project responsibility which will include  development and control of budgets, reporting of project progress, technical and delivery strategies, risk, project schedules, deliverables, commercial and procurement arrangements. Direct reports will include, Project & Site Engineers and Supervisors. The project is an expansion of a Battery Storage Facility and scope of work include; Bulk & Detailed Earthworks, Concrete works, Excavation and Trenching.
 
The project is in a remote Area of Australia and is open to a 2/1 or preferable a 3/1 FIFO basis with flights, accommodation and meals all being provided. Works kick off at the end of September and will run until March next year and are looking to engage someone on a daily rate basis either as PAYG or Ltd Company. 
 
Selection Criteria: 
 
- 10 years Civil Construction experience 
- Proven leadership experience in a Senior Engineering role  
- Mid-Tier Contracting experience 
- Happy to work on a FIFO basis 
- Available by the end of September
