Job description

CGC Recruitment are working with a National Tier 2 Contractor/Builder who primarily focus on Building and Civil Infrastructure upgrade within the Rail corridor. They are growing rapidly in SE QLD and have recently secured x2 Infrastructure Upgrades for their key client Queensland Rail. They are growing rapidly in SE QLD, targeting projects up from $5-300ml and due to this growth have identified a need for a Senior CA to join the business on a full time basis.
 
Reporting to the Commercial Manager you will be responsible for developing preliminaries and subcontract procurement, cost control, budgeting, forecasting and reviewing subcontract submissions. The position will also involve mentoring x2 Junior CAs and involve a high details of client reporting. 
 
The role will offer a high level of autonomy and will involve working with a business who are fast becoming an established player in the QLD Rail Infrastructure market with a project pipeline of over $500ml. The location of the role is commutable form both Central, South Brisbane and also from the Gold Coast and would would be an in deal role for an experienced Contracts Admin looking to step up into as Senior level role. 
 
Selection Criteria: 
 
- Must have 6 years + post graduate experience
- Prior experience working on D&C and alliance Type projects  
- Ability to step up into a leadership role and make key decisions 
- Must be able to work as a collaborative team 
- Strong stakeholder management and client interface skills
