Salary: $160-180k + super

Our client are looking for an experienced Fit Out Project Manager for a leading fit-out company specialising in high-quality commercial and residential refurbishments, and bespoke fit-out projects across Sydney.
x3 arms to the business, commercial fit outs, bespoke homes and new build construction. Projects range from $600k - $6/7m. Ideal candidate will thrive pushing projects over the line.
Role Overview:
Looking for an experienced and driven Fit Out Project Manager to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of commercial fit-out projects from inception to completion, ensuring all projects meet client specifications, safety standards, and are delivered within the agreed timeframe and budget.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage multiple fit-out projects from concept to completion.
- Develop project plans, including timelines, budgets, resources, and risk management strategies.
- Coordinate and liaise with clients, contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, safety standards, and environmental policies.
- Monitor project progress, ensuring adherence to quality standards and deadlines.
- Manage budgets and project resources effectively, identifying cost-saving opportunities.
- Lead site meetings, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
- Resolve any issues or delays efficiently, maintaining excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ensure all project documentation is maintained accurately and up to date.
- Foster a collaborative and positive working environment with all teams involved in the project.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in commercial fit-out, refurbishment, or related construction projects.
- Relevant qualifications in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of the fit-out process, including design, construction, and building services.
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
- Ability to manage budgets, schedules, and deliverables effectively.
