About the Role:

As a Project Manager, you will take ownership of a diverse portfolio of projects across Vicotria. You will be responsible for:
  • Leading new build, redevelopment, and refurbishment construction projects from concept and design to completion.
  • Overseeing project delivery to ensure that milestones, budgets, and standards are met.
  • Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring client satisfaction and successful project outcomes.
  • Managing project teams and consultants to drive efficient and effective project delivery.
  • Oversee the delivery of projects valued between $1- $20M
Key Responsibilities:
  • Full project lifecycle management across new builds, refurbishments, and redevelopments.
  • Monitoring project budgets, timelines, and quality standards.
  • Coordinating with contractors, suppliers, and other project stakeholders.
  • Ensuring compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
  • Reporting to the Head of Construction
  • This role will require regional travel (once a fortnight) - All expenses will be covered
Requirements:
  • Tertiary degree in Construction Management, Project Management, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Architecture or similar field
  • Minimum of 3 years Project Management experience in the construction industry
  • Ability to work within a team whilst also having the ability to deliver projects as a solo PM
  • QSR experience is highly desirable
  • Excellent communication and writing skillset
