Who you will be working for
You will successfully deliver a $600M staged mixed use development in a master planned community. Reporting to a Construction Manager, you’ll lead a full site team and be responsible for managing the procurement process, cost management, coordinating design, and collaborating with your site team to drive the project to a successful completion. You will also manage communication with key stakeholders including clients, consultants, designers, and internal teams.
Salary: $220K - $250K, based on experience.

You will successfully deliver a $600M staged mixed use development in a master planned community. Reporting to a Construction Manager, you’ll lead a full site team and be responsible for managing the procurement process, cost management, coordinating design, and collaborating with your site team to drive the project to a successful completion. Ideal Background & Skillset
- Degree in Construction Management or related field
- Proven experience in managing multi-story residential projects over $200M
- Understanding the challenges of working on high-rise residential projects and be accustomed to dealing with the planning and logistics of cranage
- Strong grasp of corporate governance, procurement, financial reporting, and safety protocols
- Client-facing, with knowledge of the local subcontractor market and the ability to effectively drive project programs
- A proactive, detail-oriented professional with a strong sense of ownership and integrity
