We are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor with a strong carpentry background to oversee the delivery of luxury residential projects. As the Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations on-site, ensuring that projects are completed to the highest standards, on time, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee all aspects of site operations, including coordination of trades, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Ensure high standards of quality control, especially in carpentry and joinery aspects.
• Read and interpret architectural drawings and plans.
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
• Liaise with clients, architects, and consultants to ensure project expectations are met.
• Monitor project progress, including budgeting, timelines, and materials procurement.
• Solve problems and make critical decisions to keep the project on track.
• Ensure effective communication between all parties involved in the project.

Skills & Experience:

• Trade background in carpentry is essential.
• Proven experience in managing high-end residential construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, standards, and best practices.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to read and interpret detailed architectural and engineering plans.
• High level of attention to detail, particularly in finishing work.
• Valid driver’s license.
