This contractor provides commercial joinery & furniture across high end commercial & corporate fitout. With withstanding relationships with Fitout contractors & Architects they are well placed in the industry for the long term. With a well-structured, progressive, and innovative team across design, estimating, manufacturing and delivery you will be joining a high performing and supportive team delivering commercial projects up to $2M. This role will be based offices in Blacktown with flexibility on offer.

Estimating & Quoting

Responsibilities
Estimating & Quoting
- Prepare quantity take-offs and review project requirements.
- Request and compare supplier quotes.
- Draft and update client quotes and revisions.
- Convert approved quotes into actionable tasks.
- Review quantity take-offs for procurement.
- Negotiate with suppliers to achieve competitive pricing.
- Draft and place purchase orders.
- Follow up on order status and delivery timelines.
- Support project setup and SWMS documentation creation.
- Allocate installers and maintain alignment with project programs.
- Book logistics and track project milestones.
- Identify potential leads and initiate client contact.
- Develop email marketing campaigns and maintain client records.
- Create targeted call lists and gather market intelligence on new projects and tenants.
- Input and manage client data, including lease expirations and project details.
- Assist with supplier credit applications and documentation.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of project management tools and software (advantageous but not essential).
- High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
