My client are a Rail OEM that are looking to grow their sales team in Sydney and Melbourne.

- Possess Electrical/Mechanical Engineering Tertiary qualifications or substantial experience in the field.

- Exceptional influencing and negotiation skills.
- Intermediate to advanced computer skills including Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point etc.
- Identify and report safety and environmental risks, hazards and incidents
- Identify relevant and viable opportunities to grow sales in all product lines (rolling stock, wayside monitoring equipment and rail infrastructure)
- In cooperation with the National Sales Manager, develop and maintain a sustainable sales pipeline that supports the business target
- Prepare customer cost estimates and proposals as required.
- Positively represent and project the business in all interactions
- Internally share all relevant information, to maximise opportunities and ensuring customer requirements are met
- Support staff, customers and suppliers as required, including preparing/facilitating presentations providing supporting materials and information for education to internal parties in all locations
- Liaise with internal teams to ensure that deadlines are met and that opportunities are not missed
- Actively participate in reviews, audits and report to the Production Manager improvement initiatives of all aspects of your business unit.
