Senior HVAC Estimator
Salary: $160K + Super | Hybrid Work (2 Days WFH)

Our client is seeking an experienced Senior HVAC Estimator to join their team, working closely with builders on projects valued up to $10M. 

This role offers the flexibility of working two days from home per week and the opportunity to contribute to a growing, well-respected company in the industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed estimates and tenders for HVAC projects up to $10M in mechanical value.
• Analyse project specifications, drawings, and requirements to develop accurate cost estimates.
• Work closely with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure competitive and accurate pricing.
• Use Excel and Simpro to manage estimates and tender submissions.
• Collaborate with project managers and engineers to provide insights on project feasibility and cost efficiencies.
• Maintain strong relationships with Tier 2 builders and key stakeholders.

Requirements

• Minimum 8-10 years of experience as an HVAC estimator, preferably in the Tier 1 / Tier 2 construction space.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC & mechanical services
• Proficiency in Excel and Simpro for estimating and tendering.
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a hybrid work environment.
