About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Planner to join a dynamic team, working on high-profile infrastructure tenders within the Rail and Renewables sectors. Based in Sydney, this is a contract role with a Tier 1 contractor, running into next year, offering the chance to work on landmark projects that shape Australia’s future.
Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage detailed project schedules for tendering in rail and renewable energy projects.
• Work closely with the bid teams, project managers, and engineers to ensure schedules are aligned with project deliverables and milestones.
• Monitor, track, and update schedules to ensure timely submission of tender documents.
• Conduct critical path analysis and risk assessments to ensure project feasibility.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure compliance with contract specifications, project plans, and timelines.
• Provide progress reports, forecasts, and advise on schedule delays and adjustments.

Skills & Experience Required:

• Proven experience in planning within the infrastructure, rail, or renewables sectors.
• Proficiency with project management software such as Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or equivalent.
• Strong understanding of tender processes and requirements for Tier 1 contractors.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Previous experience with large-scale, complex projects preferred.
