Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage detailed project schedules for tendering in rail and renewable energy projects.
- Work closely with the bid teams, project managers, and engineers to ensure schedules are aligned with project deliverables and milestones.
- Monitor, track, and update schedules to ensure timely submission of tender documents.
- Conduct critical path analysis and risk assessments to ensure project feasibility.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure compliance with contract specifications, project plans, and timelines.
- Provide progress reports, forecasts, and advise on schedule delays and adjustments.
- Proven experience in planning within the infrastructure, rail, or renewables sectors.
- Proficiency with project management software such as Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or equivalent.
- Strong understanding of tender processes and requirements for Tier 1 contractors.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Previous experience with large-scale, complex projects preferred.
