Job description
Our client is an award-winning residential builder, who are growing at pace to being one of the largest homebuilding companies within South West Sydney. The builder is able to produce beautiful homes on spec designs, as well as custom & architectural designs.
The focus is on working with leading developers across Australia to build everlasting communities.
The role:
Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will be playing a central role in the sales process for clients purchasing a beautiful new home. You will be managing the sales process from cradle to grave, suggesting extras and plans to take their lifestyle to the next level. You will be the face of the builder, and first point of client contact.
You will be managing the full sales cycle, including the development of leads, processing & closing deals.
You will be networking with land agents, as well as ensuring you respond quickly and efficiently to inbound leads & appointments.
With the ability to earn uncapped commission within this role, it is an exciting opportunity to truly take your earning potential to the next level.
NOTE: This role will involve weekend working. Your allocated days off will be contracted as Wednesdays & Sundays.

Experience:
The ideal candidate will have the following experience
- Ideally you will have experience in the new homes industry, but related property sales experience within real estate agency will also be considered.
- You will have a proactive attitude to managing a top-class customer journey
- You will have the ability to negotiate, sometimes under pressure
- Although you will be in a team, you will be able to function autonomously and use your own initiative when required
- You will be computer literate (MS Office)
