Job description

Our client are a leading Tier One Builder renowned for our commitment to excellence and innovation in the construction industry. They are currently engaged in a significant remediation project and are seeking a dynamic Executive Assistant/Communications Advisor to support their team and enhance stakeholder engagement.

This is a contract role until July 2025, based in Sydney CBD.

As an Executive Assistant/Communications Advisor, you will play a crucial role in facilitating communication and collaboration between various stakeholders, including body corporates and strata. Your exceptional communication skills and organisational abilities will help ensure the success of our remediation project.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive executive support to senior management, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination.
  • Develop and implement effective communication strategies to engage stakeholders, including body corporates, strata committees, and residents.
  • Draft and edit a variety of communications, including reports, newsletters, and presentations.
  • Facilitate meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items to ensure timely execution.
  • Assist in the preparation of project documentation and ensure compliance with relevant guidelines.
  • Manage stakeholder inquiries and provide timely responses to foster positive relationships.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and alignment on project objectives.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or Communications Advisor, preferably in the Construction or Infrastructure sector.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
  • Knowledge of body corporate and strata management processes is highly desirable.
  • A proactive and adaptable approach to problem-solving.
