Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate cost estimates for residential projects.
• Analyze project plans and specifications to determine scope and requirements.
• Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to ensure alignment on budgets.
• Utilize Cubit, Cubit Select, and Estimate One systems for cost analysis and reporting.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an Estimator in residential construction.
• Demonstrated experience with projects up to $50 million.
• Proficiency in Cubit, Cubit Select, and Estimate One systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
