The Role

Reporting to a Project Manager, you’ll take charge of contract administration, manage subcontractor agreements, and oversee payments and variations to ensure projects stay on budget and on track. You will work with a seasoned Project Manger across 2-3 jobs at one time.

Projects will involve a mix of new builds and refurbishments across the commercial, healthcare, educational and industrial sectors.

What We’re Looking For
  • Qualifications: Degree in Construction Management or a related field, with experience in mid-tier markets—preferably on health or education projects.
  • Skills: Proficiency in Procore, with experience in Jobpac or Cheops preferred. Strong abilities in financial management, procurement, and contract administration.
  • Background: Ideally, from a commercial construction firm, with demonstrated relationships with within local subbies
  • Attributes: Strong commercial awareness and excellent relationship-building, negotiating, and communication skills.
Salary
Competitive, based on experience ($135K–$145K).
