Join a leading construction builder specialising in commercial refurb and retail projects within Melbourne.
  
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with at least 5 years of experience working with Australian-based builders, to work on exciting and dynamic retail builds.

About the Role:
  
As a Contract Administrator, you will be an integral part of the project team, ensuring that contracts are managed effectively and efficiently throughout the construction process. You will work closely with the project manager, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery and compliance with all contractual obligations.
  
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and administer contracts from pre-construction to final completion.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Monitor project costs, variations, and progress claims.
  • Ensure compliance with contract terms and conditions.
  • Assist with the procurement process and ensure contracts are executed in a timely manner.
  • Prepare and review project reports, budgets, and schedules.
About You:
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Contract Administrator in the Australian construction industry, preferably within retail or commercial sectors.
  • Strong knowledge of construction contracts, particularly in the retail construction space.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
  • High attention to detail with exceptional organisational skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Construction Management or similar.
