As a Contract Administrator, you will work closely with the Project Manager and site team to deliver a new $50M commercial/industrial project starting in the new year.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Procurement and administration of head and subcontract agreements.
- Managing variations, progress claims, and payments.
- Helping ensure the project stays on track and within budget.
- Coordination with subbies and consultants as required
- Salary Range: $140K – $165K (dependent on experience).
- Hands-on training and mentorship from senior leadership.
- Combination of office and site based position
- Long-term career progression within a growing business.
- Degree in Construction Management or a related construction field.
- Experience in commercial/industrial mid-tier projects.
- Expertise in project financial control and procurement.
- Familiarity with systems such as Cheops or Payapps.
- Strong leadership and teamwork capabilities.
- Excellent commercial awareness and negotiation skills.
