As a Contracts Administrator, you’ll report directly to the Project Manager and work closely with the site team. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing and administrating of head & subcontract agreements.
- Scoping and procurement
- Assessing variations and processing payments.
- In conjunction with the site team ensuring project is tracking on time and within budget
- On site coordination of sub-contractors as required
Salary Range: $140K–$165K (commensurate with experience).
Qualifications and Skills
- A degree in Construction Management or a related field.
- Proven experience in the mid-tier construction market, ideally on commercial or industrial projects.
- Strong skills in project financial control and construction procurement.
- Experience with Cheops and/or Pay-apps is highly regarded.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities and the ability to thrive in a team environment.
- A solid understanding of corporate values, policies, and procedures.
- Excellent commercial awareness with strong relationship-building, negotiation, and influencing skills.
- Work with a progressive management team in a supportive and collaborative environment.
