The Role
As a Contract Administrator, you will work closely with the Project Manager and site team to deliver a new $50M commercial/industrial project starting in the new year.
  
Your responsibilities will include:
  • Procurement and administration of head and subcontract agreements.
  • Managing variations, progress claims, and payments.
  • Helping ensure the project stays on track and within budget.
  • Coordination with subbies and consultants as required

Skills & Qualifications
  • Degree in Construction Management or a related construction field.
  • Experience in commercial/industrial mid-tier projects.
  • Expertise in project financial control and procurement.
  • Familiarity with systems such as Cheops or Payapps.
  • Strong leadership and teamwork capabilities.
  • Excellent commercial awareness and negotiation skills.
