The Position
  
As a Contracts Administrator, you’ll report directly to the Project Manager and work closely with the site team. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Managing and administrating of head & subcontract agreements.
  • Scoping and procurement
  • Assessing variations and processing payments.
  • In conjunction with the site team ensuring project is tracking on time and within budget
  • On site coordination of sub-contractors as required 
Your first project will involve delivering a $50M commercial/industrial build, kicking off in the new year.
  
Salary Range: $140K–$165K (commensurate with experience).
  
Qualifications and Skills
  • A degree in Construction Management or a related field.
  • Proven experience in the mid-tier construction market, ideally on commercial or industrial projects.
  • Strong skills in project financial control and construction procurement.
  • Experience with Cheops and/or Pay-apps is highly regarded.
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities and the ability to thrive in a team environment.
  • A solid understanding of corporate values, policies, and procedures.
  • Excellent commercial awareness with strong relationship-building, negotiation, and influencing skills.
