Position Overview

In this role, you’ll work closely with the Project Manager and site team to manage all aspects of contract administration. Responsibilities include pricing, scoping trade packages, contract letting, progress claims, variations, cost reporting, and project closeout. Based on-site, you’ll gain valuable hands-on experience under the guidance of the Project Manager and Senior CA.
  
Salary will be based on experience, with an expected range of $140K–$180K.
  
Duties & Responsibilities
  • Support the project team in administering contracts throughout the project lifecycle
  • Assist with project establishment, procurement, delivery, commissioning, and handover
  • Prepare, review, and manage contractual proposals for trade packages
  • Focus on managing variations and monthly payments
  • Track project expenditure against budget
  • Administer the head contract alongside the Project Manager and Sr CA
Key Requirements & Skills
  • Degree in Construction or Engineering
  • Experience with a tier-one or tier-two builder on commercial projects over $10M
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Proficient in Cheops and other relevant software
