Company Profile
  • One of Sydney’s premier fit out/refurbishment builders that is busy, securing enough work to hit their entire 2025
  • Company adding additional head count planning for a busy 6 months across multiple repeat business accounts.
  • Project will range from $5M - $20M with varying levels of supervisors required to complete the works.  
  • Work with a team of approx. 140 people with a projected turnover in excess of $300M
The Position
  • We are recruiting both a Site Manager and Foreman
  • You will work closely with the project team ensuring project milestones are hit and safety, quality, programme adhered too.
  • You will receive support from a Project Manager, Contracts Administrator and senior leaders as required to hand over your project
  • You will work with loyal subbies that are known, trusted and paid on time.
  • Working hours will be in line with industry standards which means that some Saturday work will be expected however roasted
You will need to demonstrate minimum experience delivering base building upgrades or fitout projects valued from $3M - $10M
  
Salary will depend on the level of experience
Foreman - $140K – $160K
Site Managers $160K - $180K 
  
Background / Experience
  • Trade qualifications with additional tertiary building certifications are highly desirable.
  • Proven track record of independently managing projects exceeding $5M as a Site Manager or $20M as a Foreman.
  • Extensive experience in fitout and refurbishment projects is essential; new build experience is advantageous.
  • Strong ability to foster client relationships, effectively manage personnel, and work collaboratively within a team.
  • Exceptional technical, planning, and programming skills.
  • Comprehensive understanding of logistical planning for commercial fitout projects, particularly in CBD environments.
  • Proficient in safety management and company system compliance.
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license
