Job description

Role Overview As a Project Manager, you will be the driving force behind the successful delivery of custom joinery projects. From concept to completion, you’ll ensure every project is executed on time, within budget, and to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning & Coordination: Oversee all aspects of project management, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Client Liaison: Maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, and designers, ensuring clear communication and satisfaction.
  • Team Management: Supervise and coordinate tradespeople, subcontractors, and suppliers.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure all joinery work meets our exacting standards and client specifications.
  • Problem Solving: Address any challenges proactively, keeping projects on track.
  • Compliance: Adhere to safety and building regulations throughout all phases of the project.
Requirements
  • Proven experience managing high-end residential joinery or construction projects.
  • Strong understanding of joinery design, manufacturing, and installation processes.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Keen eye for detail and a passion for quality craftsmanship.
  • Relevant trade qualifications Shopfitting, Cabinet Making OR Joinery
