Summary
CGC Recruitment are working in collaboration with a WA owned & operated commercial building head contractor who have recently secured a new $30m+ Shopping Centre redevelopment based SOR, and as a result, are seeking a Senior / standalone Site Manager to take the lead on the project.
The Client
The business have been established for over 15 years in Perth, with WA based Owners & Directors - with over 20 staff, they sit in the larger tier 3 commercial building space, delivering projects in the $5-50m range across a range of sectors - Commercial, Shopping Centres, Industrial, Government etc.
The Role - Senior Site Manager
With the project kicking off in January, we have a lead time in for an experienced Site Manager / Senior Site Manager to take the project from the start, through to completion.
The project would suit a well rounded Site Manager, who has a strong structures background and proven experience on tilt panel construction projects / Tilt panel ticket.
You'll be supported by an experienced Director & Project Manager, coupled with an experienced site delivery team - overseeing all site management responsibilities.
