Location: Western Sydney
Project: Large Residential Development
Start Date: ASAP for 3 months
Role Overview:
The Contract Administrator will play a crucial role in our procurement process, ensuring efficient management of contracts and procurement activities on our large residential project. This position requires a detail-oriented professional with experience in Cheops and Procure systems.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage procurement processes, including sourcing and negotiating with suppliers.
  • Administer contracts and ensure compliance with project specifications.
  • Collaborate with project managers and site teams to facilitate smooth operations.
  • Maintain accurate records of contracts and procurement documentation.
  • Provide timely reports and updates to management.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Contract Administrator in the construction industry.
  • Proficient in Cheops and Procure systems.
  • Strong understanding of procurement processes and contract management.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
