Contract Administrator (6-8 Weeks) – Fit Out Projects
Location: Sydney CBD
Are you a detail-oriented and experienced Contract Administrator with a knack for fit out projects? We have an exciting short-term opportunity for you!
About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Contract Administrator for a 6–8-week contract role with a dynamic small fit out builder based in Sydney CBD. The role requires hands-on experience with Procore systems and a background in Design & Construct (D&C) fit out projects. You will be managing workplace fit out projects with values around $1.2 million, ensuring they are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee contract administration for multiple fit out projects.
  • Utilize Procore systems for project documentation, tracking, and reporting.
  • Handle variations, claims, and progress claims.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with contract terms and project specifications.
  • Assist in project planning and scheduling to meet deadlines.
Essential Requirements:
  • Proven experience in contract administration within the fit-out industry.
  • Proficiency with Procore systems.
  • Strong background in Design & Construct (D&C) fit out projects.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
