A well known QLD developer who over the past two years have started their own building arm are known for delivering top quality high rise apartment projects valuing from $30M up top $100M. They currently have two projects that the building arm is delivering and we are looking for some additional support in this division.
  
The role – Contracts Administrator
We are looking for an experienced Contracts Administrator to join an experienced project team on an upcoming $55M luxery apartment build in the heart of the Gold Coast

What we are looking for:

• 8 to 10 years experience as a CA
• Experience with well known builders delivering high rise residential projects
• Able to be the commercial lead on a project of this size
• Stability with previous employers
