Are you a skilled Civil Supervisor with a passion for delivering high-quality infrastructure projects? Join our clients team for an exciting 6-month contract starting in February 2025, working on key road upgrade initiatives in the stunning Penrith & NW Sydney area.

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Civil Supervisor to oversee road infrastructure upgrade projects, including:

• Road widening to improve traffic flow.
• Intersection upgrades to enhance safety and efficiency.
• Slope stabilization works to ensure long-term stability and resilience.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate on-site construction activities.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Maintain strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Collaborate with project teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
• Monitor progress, resolve site issues, and provide regular updates to management.

About You
To excel in this role, you will have:

• Proven experience in supervising road construction or similar civil infrastructure projects.
• Strong understanding of road widening, intersection upgrades, and slope stabilization techniques.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Commitment to workplace safety and compliance.
• Relevant qualifications in civil engineering or construction (preferred).
