Foreman – New Build Commercial/Retail Project (4-6 Month Contract)

Location: Hills District, NSW

We are seeking an experienced Foreman to join our client's team for a 4–6-month contract on a new build commercial/retail project in the Hills District. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a skilled team on a high-profile development which is at the structures/ coming out of the ground stage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day site operations, ensuring smooth progress and quality.
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors and on-site staff.
• Monitor work schedules, budgets, and safety compliance.
• Ensure the project meets quality and timeline targets.

Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience as a Foreman on new build commercial or retail projects.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Excellent understanding of building processes, safety, and compliance.
